Payment Terms and Procedures
Payment policy for private patients:
- Payment is required in full on the day of consultation.
- Accepted payment methods: cash or card payments
Medical aid claims:
- The practice submits claims directly to your medical aid where possible.
- Medical aid coverage is not guaranteed, and the patient remains responsible for the account if the claim is not paid by their medical aid scheme.
